Today I'm speaking about The Complete Book of Moon Spells: Rituals, Practices, and Potions for Abundance, by Michael Herkes. Thanks a bunch to Michael for sending me a copy of the book!
I loved it! This book is short but filled with a lot of useful material waiting to be used, it's the perfect tool for those of you who want to work with the Moon most of the time, and not only that, because it also guides you in honoring it. Compelte, funny and easy to follow, Michael did a great job with the book.
I liked how beautiful the book looks, but also how simple and direct each spell is; by the way, you're gonna learn how to make some potions as well (me likes! A witch is never a full being until they make their first potion, mark my words!) There is a wide variety of options, from the most simple to a couple of fancy, expensive ones, and the incantations feel so powerful even when you read them in your head.
This is one of those books you read in no time. I certainly lost track of the hours as I discovered one spell after the other, and there are a few I'm eager to try! This is basically the grimoire you wish you had had when you were a young witch and needed a clear guide in this wicked world. Michael explains everything you need to know, not dwelling to much on the details, but keeping it simple so anyone can enjoy the reading.
If you want to remember those good days but with the solid background of a practicing witch who knows what he's doing, The Complete Book of Moon Spells is the right option for you.
